Hi,

welcome @forums.autodesk.com !

When do you get this error ... and how often?

What are your system specs (OS, graphic card, driver, service packs, ...)?

And most important: cam you reproduce the problem? If so what are the exact steps?

Hi,

>> and asking how often it always appear , every time I use my autocad !!

That might be once a day or every 10 minutes ...

>> Graphic crad is RADEON

Which one exactly? Can you verify if it's a tested card and if so, do you have the driver installed that is certified for AutoCAD? Check all that >>>here<<<

Most importand (sorry that I forgot it in my first reply): check that you have installed the current service pack for your AutoCAD release >>>here<<<

Then verify your drawings you work with, e.g. run _AUDIT to check the integrity of the DWG internal database.

Try to do your work with new drawings, maybe with a new Windows user account.

Good luck, - alfred -

let's say it's every 10 minutes .. meaning that every single time I lunch the program !!
>>I can't find my Radeon in the list you gave me ! It;s RADEON 74050M
>> Then verify your drawings you work with, e.g. run _AUDIT to check the integrity of the DWG internal database
This one I can't Understand !!
and I'm going to check the last ServicePack now .

Thanks again !

Hi,

>> meaning that every single time I lunch the program !!

So it's during startup or you can start AutoCAD fully and work some minutes before it crashes? (Just want to make sure about that).

>> It;s RADEON 74050M

I guess you mean 7450M? Then I'm missing your AutoCAD release now to do my searches.

>> [...] _AUDIT [...] This one I can't Understand !!

Start AutoCAD, open your drawing, then type in the command _AUDIT (>>>details<<<), that will start a check with your drawing and reports problems if there are one.

>> and I'm going to check the last ServicePack now .

..and if that does not help (and all the steps above) then create the new Windows user account and run AutoCAD with that account.

You are in a laptop? Which one?
1. Turn off Win7s aero theme
2. Change AutoCAD's hardware acceptation setting (if it's on, turn it off, if it's off then turn it on).
3. When you installed AutoCAD did you make sure the antivirus was turned off?
