I try to purg the Registered applications every time I use a drawing by using the command (-pu ---> r). After deleting these applications, if I repeat the command again or after a short time, I find the same number of applications. And again delete them. How can I realy delete them and they don't turn back to the drwaing?

That one is normal, as are a few others.
if you INSERT or attached blocks and drawings, you get a lot more than come along with the ride.
Are you experiencing any issues? I've never seen a problem that required these to be purged other than personal preference.

Actually, far from harmless, I've found 1M filespace taken up with these "registered applications". What is unforgivable is that AutoDesk allow these to be inherited from xrefs -- not just imported from blocks. To get rid of them, you have to purge them from every single file xref'd in a drawing. Test by purging -r the master drawing then reloading each xref one at a time it into the master drawing. If the reload results in loads of registered applications being deleted then the xref that's just be reloaded is the source of the registered applications. This behaviour is close to virus-like and AutoDask should know better.
That is intended, and proper, behavior. Consider that the REGAPP entry is required for XDATA in the file being XREF'd. That XDATA may be queried in the host drawing, so that REGAPP (*registered* application) must be available in the host drawing as well for the XDATA to function. Same thing with blocks and clipboard copy-pastes. I've had a few thousand in a file but nothing accumulating to the size described. After all, its just a short text string and each one must be uniquely named (eg. there won't be 200 "MYAPP" entries). In my experience its more likely file size bloating is from data entries in the drawing that the REGAPP entry is supporting.
If these are truly "rogue" REGAPPs then they will need to be scrubbed from all sources - blocks and XREFs alike.
