Hello

Have you added on your AutoCAD 2011 the SP 1.1 and then the SP 2 ?

Bye, Patrice

Did it ever work fine or is this first attempt to launch it?

Hello

An other idea : have you tried to launch your ACAD with an OTHER profile ?

The latest major patch available for 2011 can be found here.

To see what version you have installed enter "about" at command line. (assuming you can get into the program).

Try uninstalling infocenter... if you google search for infocenter.msi file run it and should stop your problem.
