annotative multiline attributes

I’ve created a dynamic door block that includes annotative multiline attributes to display door information (see attached).  The block works fine as long as it is at one scale, but as soon as multiple scales are added and saved (and the file reopened) the multiline attributes break and are displayed at 0,0,0 (independent from where the door block is placed).  The same problem can be replicated within a simple block that only contains a multiline attribute. I know similar problems with annotative multiline attributes  in previous versions of cad have been fixed – and i'm wondering if there is a fix for this in Autocad 2012.
