Update Plotter Device List

I've been working with plotter & pen settings that someone else set up & now they suddenly disappeared.  That person is no longer able to help me & I'm in need of immediate help.

Is there a way that I can get live help to either find & reinstall previous or quickly recreate new set?

what "plotter and pen settings" are you referring to?

PS: if you want to talk to someone, dig out a credit card, contact an Autodesk reseller in your region, pay for support and ask away. This here is free but you have to explain yourself a lot more so that we can all trace your steps and figure it out.

Thank you for your response.

I was able to find someone locally who could help me retract my steps &
I found that I had changed the name of the file that had all the plotter
settings. Everything self corrected when I relabeled the file to it's
original title.
I have recently lost the person who set up my system so I have a lot of
catching up to do.
I don't even know quite how to answer "what plotter?". When I typed
"Ctrl, P" the preset plotters & their pen settings were missing.
Next I will see if I can figure out how to set up a plot setting from
scratch, (without the terrible time pressure).
I will be digging out my credit card & finding someone to help, but
first I have to do enough homework so that I can ask questions w/
correct language!
