Unknown command in lisp file

I want to run the  Express Tools "ATTIN" command from within a lisp file, but I am getting the message "Unknown command". I can run other standard Autocad commands without any problem

If it's an ET, then it's not a core, built in command.
Try calling it like this in lisp

(c:attin)
