A lot of factors can cause this. It could be a corrupted drawing. If it happens in only one instance, then it is pretty easy to narrow down and a RECOVER can fix this issue. Other culprits include a corrupt .NET Framework installation or more likely, a virus/malware infection. If it happens over and over, I'd check for spyware.
