Unable to specify number of turns in helix command

The default number of turns is 3 but I can't specify a different amount. The command prompt automatically adds the default of 3 turns (and CCW rotation for that matter) and skips right on to "specify center point of base". What's going on?

After specifying the top and bottom radius, use the "T" option to set the turns.
