Transfer licence to a another computer

I have Autocad student version (with 1 year licence) on one of my computer and I need another copy of student version to installed to my new computer as I am having a trouble with my old computer.How could I do this?

If it's the same as the full version and you have an internet connection use
the License Transfer Utility on the Start> All Programs> Autodesk> AutoCAD
on the old computer to export the license. Then install the software on the
new computer and import the license.
