StartDocPrinter Error

I'm getting this error message when trying to plot to a new roll size HP printer for work.

I'm using the same driver as the other guys but I'm unable get a print when printing from AutoCAD.

What's odd is that I can send a test plot from the driver utilites window and it goes through just fine.

I can also send to that same printer from Excel.

The printer in question is a HP T520 if that helps.

I using 2012 ADT with ver. 16 of FacotryCAD.

Although I'm thinking this could be a Windows 7 problem?

At least from what I've read on line but I'm still unsure on that.

I'm adding a screen shot of the error message too.

Any ideas?

That's a terrible response. How do you think we found this issue? We googled it.
