Sheet set - Renaming a sheet greyed out

Using Civil3d 2012... but posting here because this isn't a Civil issue.  When I want to rename a sheet in the "Sheet Set Manager", under the rename options, "Sheet title" and Prefex with sheet number" are greyed out.  Why?  How do I get them to be not greyed out?

Steve

Are you trying to rename a layout?
Is that file OPEN too? It has to be closed I believe.
Is the DST in a locked/central location you cannot edit? Might be another cause.

Yes, I'm trying to rename a layout.

The file was open when I took the screenshot, but I just tried renaming it when the file was closed and had the same problem.

The file is on a server with a path of "P:\2013 Projects\13-233\00 - CAD Files\Dwg\Final".  I copied it to my desktop to see if the file had a path that was too long and I still had the same result.

As far as I can tell, the file isn't locked.  I can edit all the other parts in the sheets set manager.

Have you gotten an answer to why the layout name is greyed out in Sheet Set manager, Rename & Renumber Sheet dialogue box?

Thanks
