Sheet set Manager

as soon as we load a sheet set manager project network traffic jumps, I've increased SSmpolltime to max (600) and set other sheetset commands to only load on demand but still traffic is constant and hevy, anyone else come across this and/or found a solution?

Just had new server put in SBS 2011 (about month and a half ago) not to sure if this was happening on old server (SBS 2003)

Network speed is 1gb
