Thanks,

The problem still exists.

I had it crop up just last night trying to get layouts from three drawings into a single PDF.

I might have stumbled on a temporary "fix".  When it crops up again I will know more.

I first tried it with only one of the three drawings opened.  Fail.  I then opened up the other two and -wow - I was able to select the all the layouts from the three latest drawings which now showed up.

While the above seemed to work, having to open up every drawing of a large sheet set can be prohibitive is many drawings are involved.  When things worked previously, this was not necessary.

Comments?

Hi,

Are these the same files sent earlier?

Are you still using XREFs?

Does it help if you create another main file?

Luciane,

Different project.

I use X-ref's on nearly every project.

Hi,

I was testing with your older files and it seems to work for me now.

Have you installed the updates for AutoCAD 2012?

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/index?siteID=123112&id=2334435&linkID=9240618#section1

If this does not help do you mind sending the new drawings?

Let me know if you need the FTP folder details.

Cheers,

Luciane

Luciane,

I have all the hot fixes and SP-1 installed, as soon as they came out.

I haven't run into the issue lately.    The projects since the big one have been much smaller in terms of sheer number of drawings involved.

Nut, so far, so good.

Thanks,
