Wondering if someone can help....I am using AutoCAD 2012 and rendering works great except I am having difficulty changing the background colour to white. I have followed some previous posts where it was suggested to change the environment fog ON and colour to white, background ON. I have also changed the 3D parellell projection display background to white.
After doing this it did indeed start to render with a white background however now the image is coming out a solid shade of light grey?? Any suggestions?

Did you try creating a large white object that works as a background?
That could be an alternative.
Hope it helps,

Thanks for the response however creating a large white object in the background does not work as the lighting changes the shading of this image. Cannot seem to get a true white background? Any other suggestions?
Here is another tip from my colleague: to set the render background color, first use the VIEW command to create a named view with the desired background, and then make it current.
Attached is a sample file.
Hope this helps,
