OHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can go into the "DWG to PDF.pc3" properties and turn it up to 4800dpi.  And now it looks great!  Even better than the Adobe PDF driver made it look at 4000dpi!  SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

We may not have figured out why my Adobe PDF driver won't work with custom page sizes anymore, but now that the DWG to PDF works, I don't even care!!!!
