It seems that AutoCAD 2011 does not comes with a simulated irregular stone pattern like the ones they use in some buildings, so I downloaded the the Hatch patter CUTFACE from Autodesk's Seek, and it is now on my AutoCAD 2011 AutoCAD ARchtiecture drawing that I can copy, etc, but it is not on my hatch list, (I use the program as AutoCAD 2011), but let me ask, how do I add the pattern to my others on the AutoCAD list so it is there as a custom or a forever available hatch?
I have Windows Vista, where or how do I put the hatch pattern in the hatch files of AutoCADF? An how?
Thanks in advance.
Personally, I don't add to autocad's list - I have a separate folder for many extra patterns and when I need one, I go to Custom,
Another related question: When I write the commnad Hatch, not I do not get any more the Hatch dialog if I do not go to the extra step of typing the letter "T". The dilalog is needed when I want to "Inherit" a hatch from the drawing, so let me ask, what variable I need to set so the dialog opens immediateily without the extra "T" step?
