How do you create multiple Block Tables?

Is there a way to create multiple Block Tables?? In Block Editor, it doesn't allow you to create more than one table (it opens the current table only). Here's the issue: I have two different attributes that I want to manage via the Block Table (to enable offering a long list of items as options to choose from), but the attributes are not related. Different data. So, in the Table there isn't any way to separate the two types of data. If I place the other data in another column, then you don't have a way of selecting that data when you click on the block (cuz the only list you see is whatever is in the very first column). Selecting one data will change the other (which I don't want changed) because it happens to be in the same row. So they're in conflict. I need a separate table. I've tried to copyclip the table's icon, and it says it's been copied, but it doesn't paste (paste/paste special/paste as block...nothing happens).  Any suggestions?? Thx.
