Help with a data extraction table

I want to make a table in autocad by using data extraction. I would like to get the width and height from windows i've put in my desing (2d). These windows are blocks. I've come so far that i have the widht and height in my table and the type of window, but id like to have them marked A, B, C, D, E and so on. I tried using lookup in the block but i don't have specific height or widht so i will only get custom.

Is there another way to sum up the blocks in alphabetical order or numbers? I am just an average autoCAD user and not much of a programmer.

Sorry if I misspelled something, my english isn't that great.
