Further Assistance?

A couple of weeks I posted a question around Hyperlinks being visible after saving the drawing as a PDF. A got a couple of replies but in my last reply I asked for further explanation of a possible solution, but received no answer. I then got an automated email from Autodesk asking if I required further assistance, of which I hit the "yes" link. I have heard nothing since. Do I repost?

Bump your own thread and follow up on the email from Autodesk.

For the thread it likely is below the fold and whoever responded has forgotten about it.

Autodesk may or may not respond but might as well touch that email again and rattle the cage a bit.

Without links form this Thread no one may go look for the other.
