So this worked at another time and place and stopped today?
or... What's new or different on your PC?

Moved the license from an old desktop to a new laptop.

New laptop is an AlienWare M1R14x attached to a 24" digital Samsung.

Much more powerful than the desktop.

Both machines have Win 7.

I used the transfer utility to export the license from old machine to web... then back again to new machine after installation.

Hi billyjack13,

Not sure if you requiere my help, as it seems Dean has it all covered... Kudos to Dean!

However, just recently I came across another scenario, that may be also applicable.

"Windows crash during license authorization of Autodesk 2014 product"

http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS21825687

Please let us know if this helps.
