We need more info. Operating system? 32 or 64-bit? Graphics card? RAM? What was the email address that the crash report was submitted under (Send that direct to me for privacy (Joshua.Benoist@autodesk.com)) Does this crash occur when using just one particular drawing? One project? Just one workstation? All workstations in office? How frequent does this occur? Has this crash occurred since you originally installed 2012, or did it start later? Have you tried a repair? have you tried a re-install? Have someone new log onto the computer. Windows will generate a new user profile. Then launch AutoCAD. It will generate a new user profile, and kick off the secondary installer. See if the crash still occurs in the new user account.
