Draw order lock? Redefine title block draw order mess up

Hello my proble is this: when i redefine a title bloc or specs block whitch are both in paper space, sometimes ramdom blocks lose there draw order that are in model space. why? and can this be stopped as it is very frustrating when you have to redefine a title block etc for over a 100 master drawing.

Can't answer that, but...

First, are you certain that the  Draworder is actually being changed, or is it just that the display of the objects makes it appear that the Draworder changed?  Does a Regen not restore the appearance you expect based on the Draworder you established?

And, just for information's sake, what is your DRAWORDERCTL variable setting?

it is the draw order, regen - all and redaw dont change anything. and draworderctl is set to 3
