Display order

Hi,

so I got a drawing with a background picture, countour lines and some other drawing objects. Now i want the picture and the countour lines always in the background but if I right click them and sent them to the back they sometimes still come in front of some objects. So should I add them to an extra layer that is locked or what else can i try?

Do they still appear in front of some objects AFTER you do a drawing REGEN?

I don`t know because I already changed the drawing order by hand so i can`t test it sorry and the problem is pretty rare (but still annoying) 😉

I even had to click all the lines one by one because usually you would isolate all the other layers and pick all contour lines and put them to the back but it didn`t work in my case.

It should clear up after you do a regen. Test this and report back.

CDORDER command is an express tool with very specific parameters/requirements: it might be what you need for the initial setup then reactivation when needed.
