I'm trying to open, create a new file or request a block from autocad 2012 and falls secion says not responding and I have to do is close the secion. What should I do with this problem .... FILEDIA this properly configured ....

What has changed on your PC? 2012 is an old software, so this is not a problem that has been around for a long time for you has it.
