AutoCad 2010 hangs when closing

Hello,

We have a user here that everytime he is closing the application, it hangs for 10 seconds or longer before closing. I have reinstalled AutoCad 2010 and that didn't work. Even if the program is just opened and then closed (without modifying or saving) the program still hangs. Everything functions correctly, except when closing. He's using a Dell T3500 - Xeon 2.8GHz - 6GB RAM - WinXP Pro SP3. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Justin

Does this happen when logged in as another user on that machine?

It wasn't happening to anyone else that signed on to the machine. I thought it might have been a profile issue, but the issue still continued after re-creating his Windows profile. I decided to just re-image the PC and it seems to have done the trick. I'm still stumped as to what the problem was, but at least was able to find a solution (kind of). Thanks for everyones help.
