without saving your work? IMHO you should then first copy your BAK file to any safe place and rename it to DWG, it may be a chance to get the version of your drawing before that crash.
Also, at the next start of AutoCAD (if not automatically opened) you can run command _DRAWINGRECOVERY, that brings you a dialog with some options of saved types of your files opened while crash. So you maybe get the SV$ or BAK or even the DWG opened (from whatever autosave did for you).
Back to the crash: when does it happen, with a specific type of drawings or with just one drawing, with specific commands, .... Let us know more than just the messagebox (anyway it was very ok you uploaded the screenshot of the message!).
