AutoCAD 3D, How to render like this?

Image attached is a render done by Autodesk with.. either AutoCAD or 3ds max, presumably.

I would like to know how this can be done on AutoCAD if it's possible. (Maybe with the help of photoshop?)

This looks like it was done as two images - one is the actual rendering, and the other is simply the wireframe model.

Then, like you said, in photoshop (we use GIMP here -it's free-, but it's the same idea) the two images are superimposed and adjusted to look cool.

It's not terribly complicated, but it is an involved process.

We've done some similar style images for our marketing materials, the clients love it.
