Attached image not showing in template

The image attached to the Titleblock in my template wont transfer with it when opened on another computer. There are other employees that will be using the same template. They will be pulling it off the network. Should the image be saved on the network in the same file as the template to remain in the Titleblock?

If that other computer is in the same network, then store the image into a server path, that is accessable from both workstations (with same pathing), then it will be visible also on that pc.

If you need to transfer data to anyone else outside your network and you have some referenced data within your drawing, then save that drawing first, then start command _ETRANSMIT, that packages all referenced data into a ZIP, that ZIP can then be mailed and the receptionist can open the dwg and will have the image visible.
