AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

Has anyone had a problem with text not printing in 2010? It seems to be completely at random, bits and pieces of multi line text will go missing (ie, part of a letter, or half of a word, sometimes huge pieces of text in a paragraph). This obviously isn't a layer issue, nor is it a printer issue, since part of the word, etc will print. Any suggstions?

if only it were that easy...

It's only CAD files that we have the problem with, but seemingly random files (not like one particular drawing), which makes me wonder if there's a bug in the program somehow?

Sounds like the printer driver isn't working.Hard to pinpoint unless it happens all the time and not random.
