Hi,
>> when i am trying to reinstall product it is showing everything as installed
Do you have the chance then (in the software panel) to "modify installation"? Click onto AutoCAD in the list and then on top of the list there should be a button/link "modify/remove" (don't know your english words, sorry), what happens if you click onto that button then. (Answer to this with screenshot, that may be then easier)
>> it is urgent
If it's really urgent I would look for an admin or the dealer where you got AutoCAD from. If he can establish a remotecontrol to your system and you can describe exactly what you did (deleted files, ran registry cleaner, ....) it will be the fastest way possible to get you back to a stable AutoCAD.

Hi,
>> configure installation is not an option
If you are not enabled to do that, you may have not enough rights for modifying/uninstalling.
If you are local admin and you can't modify the installed product, then you have either to go through registry-cleaning to get all known info about this product away or you get some person to do that for you or you reinstall your Windows.
WARNING: Be careful with registry-modifying .... you may destroy your operating system if you do any invalid modifications!
