AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

I have recently downloaded autocad 2012 and autocad lt 2012 essentials for my laptop.

I was issued a product key and serial number they given for me after i registered. The serial number was accepted when i typed it in but the product key refuses to be accepted. I really dont know what to do, I need to start working and my auto cad is not activated.

Hi, the program still does not accept the product key. If I choose the "30 day trail"option I get an "1: 5 2: adlmPITSetProductinformation failed 3: 26"error. I have tried reinstalling the program nuerous times but I keep having the same problem. Regards, Jeanne de Bruyn

Did you purchase AutoCAD and LT2012? From where?
