One option is to split up the "one paper many drawing.dwg" by copying the layout tab 10 times & splitting it up into 10 individual Layout Tabs. This will allow for multiple plots using SSM or publish.
Another option is to split them up into separtate dwg files.
There may be other possibilities, but if it were me, I would do one of the above.

Jay,
Thank you for your reply.
I know your meaning.
For me, I aslo like to drawing with individual.
But there have some old CAD, who drawing with many works in one Layout,
around 70 works in one Layout, as I know why they do this,
sometime its more comfortable.
So have any other ways I can do?
Thanks

(This creates additional work for others to add to our sheet sets and wastes time).
Sorry, I don't have any easy fix that will plot those "layout with many drawing" dwgs.
Maybe someone else can chime in here, but as I understand SSM, it's been set up to plot 1 title block drawing per layout tab.
It's far more efficient to have it setup this way so the drawings don't have to be plotted individually 1 at a time.
There may be ways to plot using saved views etc. but I don't have any experience using that method. Such a setup would be just as confusing to everyone, except the person who set it up, as what you're dealing with now.
Create multiple Layout tabs in that drawing and; show the user how to switch between layout tabs & problem solved.

A company my company bought did this type of set-up for years with their standard details. The template had them in the "clean" drawing, so based on what details you needed they were available. Problem was you then had to plot to .pdf using a window on each drawing. No publish or Sheet set could be done easily. Using a window in the Page Set Up Manager is another way to deal with these types of drawings. Sorry there is no other quick solution than mine and what has been suggested.

I see. Thanks Steve.
So next time when I am drawing, I need to drawing with independent layout.
In fact, some project there have around 70-90 Elevation, is that all of you
drawing with independent layout with one drawing plan?
such as, including First floor layout and Sceond Floor , Third Floor....
