    how do you get rid of text in paper space that is not there?

    zoom extents shows some text in PS but I can't select or delete it

    cursor hover shows text on layer 0

    but if you zoom in it disappers

    could you upload this drawing? At least as much reduced as possible but showing the issue for us to reproduce.

    It's block "ADCADD_ZZ", all Land Desktop and Civil 3d drawing must have it in Model Space and it's always hidden.

    Somebody insert this block into paperspace by mistake.

    Hit CTRL+A and delete it.
