AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

Hi all,
I have a little problem with autocad 2012. When I open a dwg in autocad 2012 some hatch turns solid, but same dwg is fine in autocad 2011 or previous versions. What is interesting if I am in autocad 2012 and i click on the hatch and change something on the properties and i click enter it turns normal to what it should be. So i click on the hatch again change back the whatever it was previously and hit enter. I regen everything and its still fine. So basically i did nothing to it and its fixed. So this might be bug I am not sure. So after all this, i save the dwg and exit. I re-open the dwg again in autocad 2012 the hatch is back to solid. What is very interesting in autocad 2011 everyhing is fine no hatch problems at all. Did anybody bump into this problem out there?
I attached two pdfs as to what it should looks like when its correct hatch and what it looks like when i open it.
Please help.

Try HATCHEDIT, go to Hatch Origin, Click to hatch new origin. May be it'll help.

Hi, I tried to play around with hatch edit but didnt work. It only turns normal if I go properties and change the line type scale to something else and than i change it back to 1 or I could leave it at 2 both works.

Please find my cad file attached. You will see if you open it in autocad 2011 its fine but when you open it in autocad 2012 its not.  It doesnt just happen to this type of hatch so its not the hatch type it self. Something to do with linetype scale because the hatch seem to react to line type scale in properties.

It is worth noting that only TWO of your THREE identical hatches do this: the bottom and the lower-riight. The top-right two smaller hatches remain intact (display). Simply Nudging the two problem hatches back-and-forth seems to fix them.

AUDIT found 40 errors but fixing them did not solve the issue for the two hatches. Replacing them did nothing to fix it. Must be something else going on, the top two hatches always remained correct.

PS: you seem to hatch custom hatches (replacing them did nothing to fix the issue either).

There is got to be variable setting that would fix this.  I will print from autocad 2011 for now but i hope we will find a solution for this because i have solids on many of my dwgs.

Autodesk just responded to my problem see solution below:

>I looked at your drawing and what you're running into is the HPMAXLINES limit for that dense sand hatch pattern.

>I bumped it up to 10,000,000 before loading the drawing and it loaded just fine.

>This is not a new sysvar but there were some bugs fixed in AutoCAD 2012 to make sure this setting was being honored in all cases.

>This sysvar is there to make sure the system doesn't attempt to generate so much hatch data that it would cause you to run out of memory and potentially crash.

I'm having a similar problem within a drawing I have the AR-CONC shows up just fine but if I place new hatch it shows up solid, and if I start a new drawing the hatch shows up just fine.

This just started showing up today. I've tried everything and the HPMAXLINES is set 1000000.

Don't know if this will work, but try the HPORIGIN command. Click inside the hatch, then do a REGEN.

I had done that and that didn't seem to help either. What I ended up doing was a WBLOCK to a new file name and the hatch worked just fine.
