AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

I cannot find a section for commercial cad pipe so I apologize if this is in the wrong section but heres my problem. I can place 1 joist within my drawing but after that I get this error 

Unhandled Exception c0000005 (Access Violation Reading 0xffec4d8d) at address 78576B1Dh

and above it on the error message like on the heading of the error message itself it says 

Exception in C:\Cp11\Commercial\UTIL\drawarch.arx ARX Commercial

myself and my office have no idea what to do from here and I cannot find anything through a google search that matches this error.

Any help is appreciated

  This issue was resolved about a year ago in release 11.0 & 11.1.
