Viewports getting chopped of at top when printing

My office is having problems with the some of our viewports on our sheets getting chopped off when printing even though it shows fine on screen. it seems to happen only when there is text / notes in the viewport. Does anyone know why this happens, or how to fix it??? Thanks for all your help!
