When i go to open my AUTODESK software, it says the file isn;t found? any ideas?

Just as info to the first question: Autodesk is a company ... and they have a lot of products :-)

AUTOCAD 2012. I dowloaded it and then clicked the shortcut o my home screen.

And you have installed it? Or is this just the downloaded setupfile?
In case it is already installed:
You have also an item in the start-menu of your Windows in the Autodesk-section. Does that start-icon bring the same message? If so anyone has deleted a major AutoCAD-folder or there was a registry-cleaner very deep working ;(
In that case run the repair (re-)installation.

THoguth it would have worked but sill did not work. ANy other ideas?
