Hopefully someone can help me out, I received a drawing of a shere that has a star shaped cover laid overtop. I need to determine the best way to create a flattened version that I can machine on my CNC router and then lay onto the globe structure.
Thoughts?
Thanks

Try attaching your file so we can see exactly what you are working with.

No, I also never attached the file either.
This project is long gone but I do get this sort of thing from time to time so any insight would be appreciated
