One of our clients has been experiening this problem.

Is there anyoone with an idea on what can fix it?

"SHX Files are missing.What do you want to do?"

He gets the attched error w

The dialog is telling you: on the system of the customer there is one SHX-file missing. And if you have not got this message at your workstation (and you have not disabled the dialog-popup) means: you have this SHX-file.

If your partner now clicks on "Specify a preplacement for each SHX-file" he gets the info, what's the name of the missing file ==> if you are allowed to send this file, then send it to him.
