JUST TRYING TO FIND OUT IF THE SHEET SET MANAGER HAS THE ABILTY TO GO BOTH WAYS FOR DATA SHARING. SURE YOU CAN GET THE FIELDS LOADED FROM THE SHEET SET MANAGER BUT HOW ABOUT UP DATING THE SHEET SET MANAGER FROM A SHEET FIELD EDIT? IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?

not out of the box -- you'ld need some custom programming to push the value of the object back to SSM while retaining the field instance. I suspect it would be prone to breaking....
