A little help please,
Not sure if IT was messing around with stuff on my PC, but now every time I start up AutoCAD, it takes a very long time.....and there is a progress bar that says "Recompiling menu file <path>". What can I do to get the program back to how it was previously???
Thanks for the help.

Put in the disc, it will ask to repair or reinstall.

Go to control panel, go add and remove programs, find autodesk product and select change to do a repair or re-install.

Thats probably for the best. There is no magic-wand solution to these sorts of problems, since they are highly dependant on where files are located, whether you use partial CUI(x) files loaded through the Enterprise or Main, whether you have third-party applications, whether they automatically add partial CUI(x)'s, and so on.
If you are going to fly by the seat of your pants, expect friction burns.
Adopt. Adapt. Overcome. Or be overcome.
