AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

I you joint an example of file with two targets of selection (1 and 2). The objects to be selected are exactly in the middle of these two targets, but select the objects without using the targets. Example command are Move : zoom in, click for first point (Target 1), zoom out for easy pan, and zoom in again for the second click (Target 2). All the objets out of windows are forget.

The Targets are an example and do not exist really.

Autocad functioned perfectly before several version. Why this serious change ?

I can reproduce the issue.

Our developers are aware of it, it seems like the selection is screen based.
