PDFs invisible on one workstation but fine on rest!

    Hello,

One of my co-workers is having trouble with pdfs.  He can bring them into the drawing, but they show up as dots, and he cannot see anything else.

When I open the same file, the pdf is there plain as day.

    Already re-installed CAD.

    Anything I'm missing?

    Thanks.

"bringing in" means what exactly? Use an AutoCAD command name or function name please.

Does the other user need to Zoom in (or Out) to see them?

Have you tried attaching them on that PC like you did on your PC?

Are you both using 2012? Are you both fully updated?

He is inserting the image.  They are showing up in the xref window as pdfs.

We are both using AutoCAD MEP 2012 and are both fully up to date.

This has been a problem for some time and has not been fixed.
