Brian, try going directly to http://subscription.autodesk.com to login instead of using the link in the email. The email link redirects your browser to make your trip to the download pages shorter. If you log directly into the site, you can navigate to the download pages from the Subscription Center Home Page. Look for the link Download your product software. Also, when you sent your help request to Autodesk you should have received an autoresponse with a Service Request number. Reply back with that number so I can see where you are held up.

Possibly, but if I'm not mistaken that was about a year ago and I've
been benefiting from this low cost utility for many, many years!

Brian has already said he isn't having download problems because he hasn't
got that far yet - it's problems with subcription site not getting to the
download page. The site seems to be a real mess in terms of reliabiltiy

I wonder if Brian has tried skipping the subscription site entirely
and simply tried to download a trial version instead?

No, we haven't tried a trial version, as that (as far as we understand) will
run out. This doesn't remedy the problem of being able to get to the page
that lets us order the discs (remember, I'm in Canada, and they are NOT
sending discs by default here... pilot program).

We have tried this also (navagation from front page, not any links). To no
avail. Our reseller is getting on this for us, as we don't have either the
time, nor patience to fiddle around any further. We'll wait till the discs
    get here I guess.

My point is: You can download a trial and use your serial number
to activate it ( your reseller can give you the information). I wasn't
suggesting it would solve the problem of getting the subscription
page to work or allow you to order discs but it would allow you to
install and use it without all the headache (assuming you can down-
    load a trial, that is)
