I for one use a PC all day at work but have been a Mac home user for nearly 20 years and would love the chance to run AutoCAD from my Mac and if that means a complete rewrite then so be it. I personally see them adapting producing something like revit and building an all new DWG software package into that. If they bring out a Mac Autocad and it is faster and more stable than the PC version then PC users will get the hump and demand it and that would mean a complete PC rewrite.

I agree 100%. I use/used a PC at work/home for 20 years and all Mac at home for 8 years now. I really don't know how I've used a PC for so long. If they came out with AutoCAD for OS X I would be the first one to push for a new Mac at work. Regardless, of what ccad says, and most die hard anti-Mac PC users, Mac's are superior in every way. Period!

Go MAC users Go! Woo-hoo. I sure hope Autodesk listens and delivers the goods. Those who enjoy their PC's can continue to do so and those of us who prefer the MAC can also benefit from a quality software package like AutoCAD.
