AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

One of our users is getting unusual coordinates when trying to ID points in Modelspace through his viewports.

Anyone know what might be going wrong? Is there a system variable that should be switched on/off to be able to get these coordinates showing up properly?

well, one thing that i would do is check the viewport UCS

does all viewports (in Model) have the same UCS?

remember that each Viewport can have it own UCS.
