AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

I have been tring to upgrade the sample program of ObjectARX in "C:\ObjectARX 2008\samples\entity\MultilineTooltipSamp" to CAD2012 version, but still no any idea how to get it, below image is how it comes out in CAD2010(left) VS CAD2012(right) in my computer, is there anyone can help me to solve this problem? Thank you so much!!!
