Wouldn't it be an oval for that long a strig? Otherwise those would be huge circles.

There is no built-in option for it other than the CIRCLE solution found in the MLEADERSTYLE command settings.

Using MLEADERSTYLE, see tab for leader format>type for Spline rather than straight.

    Many thanks.

The text is not necessarily to be long! Sometimes it is just one character! Please, have a look on the screenshot below. This type of leaders is made manually which is quite annoying!

Even the notation of the leader itself comes with circle around the text!

I missed what you were after.  You can set up a new style using a block with an attribute.  You might need several depending on how many or how few characters you will want.

There already is a circular block option (and other shapes) inside MLEADERSTYLE command: did you not know that? I assumed you dud. And yes, the circle size does matter as your drawing would look like a total unprofessional mess otherwise (the more letters you have, the bigger the circles become).

Thank you guys for the prompt help and support.

Sure Saadallah, I did check the “multileader style” but couldn’t know how to choose the frame of the text to be circular! There is no option there! It is rectangular by default!

I agree with you Cojones, the dynamic block is an option but better if such very basic symbol is built in the AutoCAD

I was looking into the same thing. I have found the solution to your question. In MLEADERSTYLE switch the multileader type to clock. Once you do a new selection window opens up in the content Tab called source block. In there you can switch out shapes.  Hope this helps.
