AutoCAD 2010/2011/2012 DWG Format

when i try to open autodesk it says

Fatal Error: unhandled e0434f4dh exception at fd5aa49dh

my system is win7 ult 64 bit

anybody can help me...

Windows Restore back to a month everything worked, or repair reinstall AutoCAD, or Autodesk recommended uninstall and reinstall procedures:

i performed a repair/reinstall but not worked than uninstall the product and install again. also i searched as similar errors but couldnt find "fd5aa49dh" my error code...

Did you install or update/upgrade Norton products?

i ve already installed northon ghost 14 on my system, recieved same error after disable and exit norton ghost aplication

i install Acad 2011 both update 1.1 and 2 than everything is ok. thanks for everything
