I am receiving this error when opening AutoCAD MEP 2011. It happens regardless of what file I open, or even if I just open AutoCAD to a blank new file. When opening an existing file, everything seems to load fine, the drawing shows up, and the last command i see in the command line is COMMAND: _RIBBON before the error pops up. I have posted a screenshot.
